With drilling fluid as the power, the mud pumped out by the mud pump flows through the bypass valve into the motor, forming a certain pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the motor, pushing the rotor to rotate around the axis of the stator, and transmitting the speed and torque to the drill bit through the universal shaft and the transmission shaft, thereby realizing the drilling operation.

1.Drilling fluid requirements: The sand content in the mud must be controlled below 1% to reduce the wear on the bearings and motor stators. Downhole operation: When the drill is lowered into the well, the lowering speed must be strictly controlled to prevent the motor from reversing when it is too fast, causing the internal connection thread to be disengaged, and to avoid damaging the drill when passing through sand bridges, casing shoes, etc.; when entering deep well sections, high-temperature well sections or through quicksand layers, the mud should be circulated regularly to cool the drill to protect the stator rubber and prevent sand plugging.
3. Drilling process: Before drilling, the bottom of the well should be thoroughly cleaned and the circulating pump pressure should be measured. When starting to drill, the drilling pressure should be increased slowly and the drill should be fed evenly to ensure the smooth curve and directional accuracy of the well section, while avoiding mud packing on the drill bit.
