The following is a detailed introduction to LZ102 down-hole motor
With drilling fluid as the power, the mud pumped out by the mud pump flows through the bypass valve into the motor, forming a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the motor, pushing the rotor to rotate around the stator axis, and then transmitting the speed and torque to the drill bit through the universal shaft and the transmission shaft to achieve drilling operations.
Bypass valve: It is composed of valve body, valve sleeve, valve core and spring.
Screw motor: It is composed of stator and rotor. The rotor and stator mesh with each other, and the lead difference between the two is used to form a spiral sealing chamber to complete energy conversion.
Universal shaft: Its function is to convert the planetary motion of the motor into the fixed axis rotation of the transmission shaft, and transmit the torque and speed generated by the motor to the transmission shaft to the drill bit.
Transmission shaft: It transmits the rotational power of the motor to the drill bit, and at the same time bears the axial and radial loads generated by the drilling pressure.

2. Flexible angle adjustment: There are two optional structures, fixed angle and adjustable angle, which are convenient for angle adjustment during drilling to meet the requirements of directional drilling and other operations.
3. Adapt to various mud types: saturated salt water slurry motors, oil-based mud motors, etc. can be provided to adapt to drilling mud environments of different properties
4. Equipped with different centralizers: Centralizers of different forms and outer diameters can be provided, which helps to stabilize the position of the drill bit in the wellbore and improve the drilling quality.
