LZ120 down-hole motor is a common downhole power drill. The following is its introduction
The down-hole motor is a volumetric motor. After the high-pressure drilling fluid enters the screw, a certain pressure difference is formed at both ends of the motor, which drives the motor rotor to rotate, and transmits the torque and speed to the drill bit through the universal shaft and the drive shaft, driving the drill bit to drill, thereby converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy.
It is mainly composed of four parts: bypass valve assembly, motor assembly, universal shaft assembly and drive shaft assembly.
1.Strong power: large output torque, can maintain strong output power under complex and harsh drilling conditions.
2. High efficiency: By adopting advanced motor linear measurement and control technology, the efficiency of down-hole motor can be improved to ensure the efficient output of motor power.
3. Strong adaptability: It can be designed into various forms according to different needs, such as bent screw drill tools, adjustable angle screw drill tools, extended screw drill tools, hollow screw drill tools, etc., to meet different curvature, slope, chip carrying and other requirements. It can also be adapted to saturated salt water slurry environment, high geothermal gradient areas and high temperature conditions in deep and ultra-deep wells through special designs, such as using motor stators made of special drill tool coatings and high-quality rubber.
