W446 mud pump is the latest development of various types of mud pump. It adopts the split type pump hydraulic end disassembly is convenient.
W446 mud pump is horizontal three cylinder reciprocating single acting piston pump.
It uses integral rolling bearing type transmission power end, super power, low noise, environmental protection products. Seal life can be increased by 60%.
Low temperature ensures 24 hours of continuous operation, convenient maintenance, with higher price performance ratio. Suitable for foundation treatment of high-pressure rotary jet grouting, curtain grouting, soil retaining cofferdam, mine well plugging, the barrel wall, slope anchorage, etc.
The structure of the whole machine is compact, small in size, light in weight, the gear pair is the whole herringbone gear transmission, the transmission torque is large, and the work is stable. The crankshaft is a balanced crankshaft of the forged welded structure, which is light in weight, vibration-free and stable in operation.
W446 three-cylinder single-acting pump can be widely used in various operations of oil fields, cylinder liner specifications 3_1/4"---- 6" should use piston structure; suitable for workover operations, shallow well drilling, etc., 2"-- --3_1/4" should use a plunger, suitable for high pressure operation.
W-446 Mud Pumps are mainly used in oil field and geological prospecting for well drilling, well work-over, cementing, water shut off, water flooding and sending mud, clay, grout and so on.
