The down-hole motor is usually composed of components such as bypass valves, motors, universal shafts, and transmission shafts. It is powered by drilling fluid, and the drilling fluid pumped out by the mud pump flows through a bypass valve into the motor. A certain pressure difference is formed at the inlet and outlet of the motor, which drives the rotor of the motor to rotate and transmits torque and speed to the drill bit through the universal joint and transmission shaft, achieving drilling operations.

1.Pre drilling inspection: Carefully inspect the appearance of the drilling tool for any damage or deformation, ensure that all connection parts are secure, check if the bypass valve is flexible, and measure the length and external dimensions of the screw drilling tool.
2. Drilling parameter selection: Reasonably select parameters such as displacement, drilling pressure, and rotation speed based on the formation conditions, drill bit type, etc. The displacement should meet the working requirements of the screw drilling tool to ensure its normal operation and effective sand carrying; The drilling pressure should be moderate to avoid damage to the drilling tools or excessive wear of the drill bit caused by excessive pressure, while insufficient pressure can affect drilling efficiency.
3. Wellhead trial operation: Start the pump with a small displacement, check the operation of the bypass valve switch and motor, and observe whether drilling fluid flows out through the bypass valve when the pump is stopped.
4. Drilling operation: When drilling, it is necessary to operate steadily, avoid sudden lifting and lowering, and prevent the drilling tool from colliding with the wellbore or other objects, causing damage.
