Structural composition of LZ210 Down-hole Motor

Motor section: It consists of a rotor and a stator. The stator is a rubber sleeve with an inner helical surface, and the rotor is a screw that matches the inner helical surface of the stator. When high-pressure drilling fluid enters the power section, it flows in the sealed chamber formed between the rotor and stator, pushing the rotor to rotate and converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy.

Universal shaft: located between the motor section and the transmission shaft, its function is to convert the eccentric rotation of the rotor into concentric rotation, ensuring stable transmission of power to the transmission shaft and effectively avoiding vibration and wear caused by rotational eccentricity.

Drive shaft: further transmit the power transmitted by the universal shaft to the drill bit, drive the drill bit to rotate, and achieve rock crushing and drilling. At the same time, the transmission shaft also needs to withstand various forces during the drilling process, such as torque, axial force, etc., so it needs to have high strength and wear resistance.

Working principle of LZ210 Down-hole Motor

High pressure drilling fluid is pumped into the screw drilling tool through a mud pump on the ground, and the drilling fluid enters between the rotor and stator of the power section through a bypass valve. Due to the spiral structure of the stator and rotor, the drilling fluid drives the rotor to rotate during the flow process. The rotational motion of the rotor is transmitted to the drill bit through the universal shaft and transmission shaft, thereby driving the drill bit to rotate and achieve drilling in the formation.
