Circulating sub is connected between wellhead pipe string and ground circulating system. When casing is running or finished running, the circulating sub is connected to make fluid circulation. According to the application, the circulating sub is connected between Kelly and casing or between casing and hose.
The former is used for fluid circulation during connecting of casing. The later generally is used after connecting of casing . The circulating sub produced in our company belongs to the former.
The circulation joint is connected between the wellhead string and the ground circulation system, and the circulation joint can be circulated to the drilling fluid when the casing is in or out of the casing. According to the application, it can be divided into a casing one drill pipe circulation joint and a casing one water hose circulation joint. The casing one drill pipe circulation joint is used when the drilling fluid needs to be circulated in the middle of the casing, and the casing one water hose circulation joint is used for Use after the casing is finished.
The circulating joint used in the middle of the casing is provided with a male thread of the casing at one end and a joint of the female thread of the drill pipe at the other end. The circulating joint for the casing is completed, one end is a male thread of the casing, and the other end is a two-way joint which is short-circuited.
