1. 2. 3. Maintenance and reset: It is necessary to release the button on a weekly basis and reset the reset handle when the system is under no pressure; Inject new lubricating grease into the grease nipple every 6 months and replace the sealing components; Clean the valve cover grease and replace damaged parts every 12 months.
When resetting the shear pin safety valve, it is necessary to first turn off the mud pump, open the protective cap to press down the valve body, reset the safety arm, insert the safety pin corresponding to the pressure value, and cover the protective cap; Regularly check whether the valve body is corroded and apply lubricating grease in a timely manner to avoid component jamming and safety valve failure.
