Common structural features: The cylinder liner locking ring structure will be designed according to the type of cylinder liner, and common ones include convex, semi-circular, etc. A convex locking ring that is compatible with bimetallic cylinder liners, with threads on the outer surface, can be connected to the inner thread of the outer sleeve, and the inner side can be inserted into the ring groove of the inner cylinder to achieve positioning; Some structures are designed for easy disassembly and assembly by cutting a whole circular ring into two halves. During assembly, an O-ring is inserted into the ring groove, and the two semicircles are tightened and clamped at the ring groove of the cylinder liner. The installation and disassembly are flexible and the fixing effect is good.

Material and processing technology: 45 # steel is commonly used for manufacturing, which can meet the basic strength and toughness requirements of accessories and adapt to the working pressure requirements of mud pumps. After processing, a blue surface treatment is usually carried out, which not only improves the anti rust ability of the locking ring itself, but also enhances its surface wear resistance and extends its service life in corrosive media environments such as mud. The locking ring under some special working conditions may also be made of materials such as ABS engineering plastic or epoxy resin to meet special requirements such as shock absorption and corrosion prevention.
