1. Core function: The core function of the gasket ring is to seal and cushion. When the mud pump is working, it can fill the gaps between components, prevent high-pressure mud from leaking from key parts such as cylinder liners and pistons, avoid pressure loss, ensure stable pump body pressure, and thus improve the uniformity of grouting or mud transportation. At the same time, it can buffer the vibration and hard friction between components, such as reducing wear between cylinder liners and other fixed components, pistons and chambers, and protecting the equipment body from damage. In addition, the degree of wear and tear can be visually observed, which can serve as a reference for determining the maintenance cycle of equipment and facilitate the timely investigation of equipment hazards by staff.

2. Structural features: The gasket ring is mostly a simple circular ring structure that adapts to the aperture specifications of corresponding components, such as 55mm, 60mm, 75mm and other mud pumps with different aperture sizes. In some special scenarios, the gasket ring will be designed in the shape of a concave ring, convex ring, etc., to adapt to the assembly requirements of different components, enhance sealing and fixing effects.

3. Daily maintenance: The gasket ring is easy to replace during daily maintenance, and can be disassembled and assembled with a regular wrench. It is necessary to regularly check the wear and deformation of the gasket ring. If there are serious surface scratches, thinning thickness, or distorted shape, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid faults such as leakage and unstable pressure caused by gasket ring failure. High quality gaskets can usually be used stably for more than six months, while inferior products may require frequent replacement, affecting construction efficiency.
