Introduction of Wearing Plate

1. Functions: The wearing plate is installed on the inner side of the hydraulic cylinder, mainly playing a role in positioning the cylinder liner, ensuring that the cylinder liner remains stable during the operation of the mud pump, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the mud pump.

2. Structures: The wearing plate is usually a circular ring structure, with a connecting plate on its outer circumference for radial fixation. It is connected to the cylinder body through the connecting plate, allowing the wearing plate to be stably installed in the hydraulic cylinder.

3. Materials: Wearing plates are generally forged from alloy steels such as 35CrMo, and after quenching and tempering treatment, their hardness reaches a certain standard, such as HB241-285. At the same time, in order to further improve its wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the surface of the wearing plate is usually treated with nickel plating.

4. Maintenance: Due to the erosion and wear of the wearing plate by the mud during the operation of the mud pump, it is necessary to regularly check its wear condition. If the wearing plate is severely worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the mud pump and the positioning accuracy of the cylinder liner. In addition, when installing and disassembling the wearing plate, attention should be paid to avoiding damage to its surface and connection parts.
