Introduction of Flash Board Assy

1. Structural composition: The overall structure is simple, mainly composed of two parts: plug board and copper block assembly. Some specially designed flash board will also be equipped with guide holes to adapt to the flow requirements of mud, and there will be limit clamps at the connection with the positioning column to ensure stability after assembly.

2. Core functions: Installed inside the liquid cylinder of the mud pump, the core function is to guide and fix the lower part of the guide. By fixing the guide, the position accuracy of key components such as the valve group and piston at the hydraulic end of the mud pump is indirectly ensured during operation, avoiding problems such as mud leakage and unstable pressure caused by component displacement. At the same time, flash board assy can also provide some protection for the valve box.

3. Installation and maintenance: During installation, the flash board needs to be installed in the fixed slot of the guide positioning column to ensure that the limit card block is tightly clamped in place and avoid loosening; During daily maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the wear of copper blocks and whether there are deformations or cracks in the flash board assy. If any abnormalities are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner. Due to its plug-in assembly structure, the disassembly and replacement process is relatively convenient, which can reduce maintenance downtime.
