The complete set of power tong is composed of main tong and hydraulic back tong. Operate the manual reversing overflow combination valve on the main caliper, and the back caliper will work synchronously with the main caliper, with flexible and coordinated action.
A special two-way sequence control device for tubing tongs can be equipped as required, so as to clamp the tubing with the back tongs before the main tongs, making the tubing loading and unloading safer and more reliable.
The oil pipe is clamped by the two-way climbing clamping mechanism of the roller with internal surface, which is simple in structure and reliable in operation.
The steering control mechanism is arranged on the upper part of the caliper for easy adjustment and maintenance.
The main tong is equipped with automatic opening and closing safety door for safety protection.
The power tong is equipped with a multi-connected torque control system. During operation, multiple optimal torque values can be set at a time according to the fastening torque requirements of oil pipes of different specifications and models.
