The cemented carbide control parts of the adjustable choke valve have stronger corrosion resistance than ordinary materials, and have a long service life. They can be designed as double flanges, threaded or connected according to user needs; easy to maintain, easier to replace damaged pressure control parts on site; high height, flexible strain capacity; stem seal design covers all pressure levels and temperature ranges and wellhead and manifold environment. In order to ensure safety, the adjustable flow valve is equipped with a pressure relief device on the valve body, and the pressure control device can be replaced on the pipeline. It has an opening indicator, adopts the structural design of the relief valve, the structural design of the plane thrust bearing and the design of the metal seal structure.
The flow rate of the adjustable choke valve not only depends on the size of the orifice area, but also related to the pressure difference before and after the orifice. Because of its low valve stiffness, it is only suitable for the occasions with small changes in the load of the actuator and low speed stability requirements.
For the throttle speed control system with large changes in the load of the actuator and high requirements for speed stability, the choke valve must be pressure compensated to keep the pressure difference before and after the throttle valve unchanged, so as to achieve stable flow.
